Class packs and plans are non extendable, non refundable and non transferable to another client. We do not offer any refunds or extensions to any packs/sessions unless required by law, or in special circumstances regarding a medical condition arising, for which you would be required to provide and send a medical certification from a qualified and practicing medical health practitioner to Reform Pilates West Sussex Ltd by email: info@reformhorsham.com
Clients are expected to be inside the studio before the scheduled start time to allow adequate time to get settled. Once the studio door is closed class has began, entry will not be permitted, and the session will be considered forfeited.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, we are not responsible for issues beyond your control, including but not limited to traffic delays, road closures, public transport disruptions, or personal illness. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure timely arrival.
To maintain a respectful and professional environment, aggressive behavior—including repeated knocking, confrontational communication, or inappropriate emails directed at our staff—will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in immediate removal from our client list and a permanent ban from the studio.
All rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the full session fee being charged.
For safety and hygiene purposes, all clients must wear grip socks. Make sure to wear socks that cover your toes at all times while in the studio. If you wish to purchase socks, we sell them at the studio. There is absolutely no refunds once opened and labels taken off.
Reformer must be wiped and cleaned with our water sprays and any props at the end of each session. Please also remember to put the props away properly after use. This helps keep our equipment clean and presentable for the next client.
Any personal belongings brought into the studio premises are at the Client's own risk. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items. This includes cars parked inside the Business Centre. Please see FAQs for suitable parking. We are not liable for any parking fines. Please observe signs when you park and please park correctly.
