RE+LITE (Beginner)
Essential introduction to Reformer Pilates, designed for beginners and those recovering from injuries to build strength, stability, and confidence.
This classes focuses on smart movement and controlled resistance. Working with the moving carriage you will challenge your balance, coordination, and core strength. Adjust the resistance to match your body - build power when you're ready, ease off when you need to. It's not just about getting stronger - it's about moving better. Please ensure you are 12 weeks post C-section to join a class. .
RE+MIX
Pure power, precision, and sculpting strength, for those ready to level up - designed for those who've attended a RE+LITE class.


RE+LITE (beginner)
To kick things off is the essential introduction to Reformer Pilates, designed for beginner and those recovering from injuries to build strength, stability, and confidence.
RE+MIX (Intermediate)
For those ready to level up and have attended a few RE+LITE classes and had the go ahead from our instructors.
A Full-body workout focusing on breath, strength, core stability, postural alignment and flexibility staying true to the pilates principles and improving your technique even more.
Expect dynamic flows, spring options, and next-level control. You'll strength, sharpen, and build the kind of power that shows on and off the carriage.

RE+POWER (Advanced)
Pure power, precision and strength.
For those very experienced RE+FORMers.
Engage every muscle, ignite your core, and power through, expect intensity and push
(RE+POWER is only available to existing clients, please attend a RE+LITE if you are new to us for your safety.

RE+BABY
Bring your baby.

Strengthen your core, increase energy, and bond with your baby in a safe, supportive class designed for new mums.
This class is suitable after your 6-8 week check up (12 weeks for c-sections). Babies are very welcome, car seats and prams are welcome in the studio.
Our small, intimate classes are led by experienced instructors who are also mummies of young children.
Also suitable for Dad's on shared leave.

RE+MIX
Pure power, precision, and sculpting strength, for those ready to level up - designed for those who've attended a RE+LITE class.


RE+BUMP
12 weeks+.
Strengthen your core, boost energy, and prep for labour, all while supporting your growing bump.
Our qualified and experienced Pre and Postnatal instructors will take you through both mat and reformer exercises specifically designed and tailored to accommodate the needs of the expectant mother.
