Reformer Pilates is your moment to slow down, reconnect and prioritise your wellbeing. With thoughtfully designed class styles, you have the freedom to shape your experience - whether your seeking balance, strength or stillness. This is your time, your space, your journey inward. All beginners should join a Re-Lite class before joining a Re-Mix class and all first timers will be given a demonstration of how to use the equipment.

RE+LITE (beginner)

To kick things off is the essential introduction to Reformer Pilates, designed for beginners and those recovering from injuries to build strength, stability, and confidence.

Smart movement. Controlled resistance. Strong RE+SULTS.

This classes focuses on smart movement and controlled resistance. Working with the moving carriage you will challenge your balance, coordination, and core strength. Adjust the resistance to match your body - build power when you're ready, ease off when you need too. It's not just about getting stronger - it's about moving better.

RE+MIX

Pure power, precision, and sculpting strength, for those ready to level up - designed for those who've attended a RE+LITE class.

RE+LITE (beginner)

RE+MIX your strength. RE+FINE your movement.

No fluff. No shortcuts. For those ready to level up and have attended a RE+LITE class. ​

A Full-body workout focusing on breath, strength, core stability, postural alignment and flexibility. 

Expect dynamic flows, heavier resistance (should you choose!), and next-level control. You'll sculpt deeper, move sharper, and build the kind of power that shows - on and off the carriage.

For those experienced reformers looking for an all-out, high intensity reformer workout designed to crush your strength and endurance.

RE+BABY

Re-Shape with baby by your side

Strengthen your core, increase energy, and bond with your baby in a safe, supportive class designed for new mums. No crawling babies? No problem. It's all about you and your little one.

This class is suitable after your 6-8 week check up (12 weeks for c-sections). Babies are very welcome, car seats and buggies are welcome in the studio.

Our small, intimate classes are led by experienced instructors who are also mummies of young children.

 

Also suitable for Dad's on shared leave. ​

Power up your pregnancy with RE+BUMP pilates for expectant mum 12 weeks+. Strengthen your core, boost energy, and prep for labour, all while supporting your bump. 

Our qualified and experienced instructors will take you through both mat and reformer exercises specifically designed and tailored to accommodate the needs of the expectant mother.​
