Parking at Horsham
Classes can be booked through our website or by simply downloading the Legit Fit app. There is a range of class packs available to purchase, if you are having any problems with booking then please feel free to email us at info@reformhorsham.com (info@reformhorsham.com)or DM us on instagram. We also take in studio bookings on our card machine and we also accept cash.
Not at the moment, however our reformer classes do incorporate mat-based elements. Pilates is a system, and all exercises are designed to link and flow together.
Most of our instructors are also mat trained and will often include a short mat-style section within their reformer classes.
You will need water and comfortable clothes that you can move in. Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer Pilates classes. We sell these are the studio. Please make sure you arrive ten minutes before your first class as you will need to sign a waiver.
Unfortunately we do not allow late arrivals due to safety reasons, please arrive at least five minutes before your second onward class to get settled. You MUST arrive ten minutes before your first class start time iso we can talk through the equipment with you and to meet our instructosr. Latecomers will not be allowed in due to safety reasons and your class pass will be forfeited and not refunded for any reason.. Please respect the other clients in the studio by arriving at a comfortable time to pop your favourite grip socks on and relax into he class before your class start time rather than rushing.
We have maximum 7 clients. We keep the sessions small to ensure the safety of our clients yet enough clients to ensure a nice group atmosphere.
Yes, grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates classes and Barre & Bounce classes for health and safety reasons.
You are welcome to wear your own, but we recommend our Move Active grip socks (Australia), which are available to purchase in the studio before your first class. We also have branded RE+FORM socks available.
Please note that trampoline grip socks are not suitable, as the grip is different and not appropriate for the Reformer.
Yes. We advise you to book a RE+LITE session as this is our beginner level class. No prior experience is necessary, your instructor will guide you along. A private session is advised but not essential. Please arrive ten minutes before your class if it is your first time with us at RE+FORM.
We advise clients to attend a private session beforehand so you get confident with the machine but this is not essential.
If you are a regular RE+FORM client, you may continue to attend your usual classes. Please just email or DM the studio to let us know.
From 12 weeks prenatal, we recommend attending one of our Prenatal classes, taught by our fully trained and qualified pre- and postnatal instructors. These sessions are carefully tailored to support your changing body and individual needs.
If you prefer, you can also book a private session with any of our instructors at a time that suits you. This is a great option for both pre- and postnatal clients.
For postnatal classes, babies are very welcome as long as they are non-mobile.
Many of our instructors are mums themselves and understand the journey you’re on.
We understand that life can be busy and sometimes traffic, work, sickness or children can get in the way,
You can cancel your class via our booking system or app up to 24 hours before your class. Your class credit will then automatically return to your account, ready for you to rebook at a later date.
(Please note that all class passes have an expiry date.)
Instagram messages and emails are not always monitored 24 hours a day, so we kindly ask that all cancellations are made through the booking system or app to avoid losing your credit.
